Self-inspection:
①To check if our product’s hole diameter match the central spindle, and if there is the large gap.
②The mainshaft bearing  was worn away.
③If the chuck match the central spindle.

Solution:
①Please change several abrasive products, also you could use other brand’s products to check if it is still swing.
②To check the hole of product and the hole of machine to consider if changing central spindle needed.
③Operating the machine without grinding wheel, to check if the mainshaft bearing is normal. If there is any unusual, please change it promptly.
④To check if the chuck, mainshaft bearing and the grinding wheel on one concentric circles.
⑤Please use the thick and hard strength grinding wheel to the large area material.

Self-inspection:
①If two chucks of machine were worn to be flat.
②If the gap between two chucks is bigger than product.
③If the material was clamped, and it swings to squeeze the product to break.
④The chuck installation do not match the central spindle.

Solution:
①To change or process the chuck.
②To use the thicker grinding wheel.
③To clamp to material.
④Standard use, do not refit.

Self-inspection:
①The hardness of  processing material do not match the cutting or grinding.
②The area of cutting material is too large.
③The power of machine is too low.
④The belt of machine is loose.
⑤The wheel was not clamped.

Solution:
①Please use the sharp abrasive product to the hard strength material.
②Please use the cutting machine with high power base on ensuring the safety.
③Please clamp the tool.

Self-inspection:
①Product wetted.
②Product sharpness.
③End face grinding lead to be worn away.
④There is other stuff beside while grinding, it hits against the end face lead to brush off  abrasive.

Solution:
①Please change several abrasive products, also you could use other brand’s products.
②Please use the durable abrasive product.
③As possible to reduce or completely reduce the possibility of end face grinding, to avoid the lost of  self-sharpening and break easily.
④Please clean out the sundries.

Self-inspection:
①If it is safe and operating normally.
②If the revolving speed of product accords with the safe revolving speed of machine.
③If the operating in standard? Such as end face grinding.
④Product is overexerted lead to stuck in the material.
⑤The resting period is too long, it exceeded the specified lifetime.
⑥The incorrect carry cause the fracture.

Solution:
①Please operate it as the standard operation instruction.
②As possible to reduce or completely reduce the possibility of end face grinding, especially the big diameter parts.
③Please don’t squeeze in using. Please don’t break off the abrasive product if it is clamped, it is likely to fracture, crack or fly out.
④Please don’t use the wet or overdue abrasive product.
⑤Please check if the sound of product is crisp, and there is any fracture. Don’t use the fractured product.

Self-inspection:
①Incorrect storage;
②Wetted;
③Rained or watered.

Solution:
①Please store in the dry place.
② Don’t wetted or watered. The Serious scrap cannot be returned to the factory, the Mild impairment can be returned to factory for technical processing.
